• • Recycled Materials: Since converting 100% of their iconic straps to recycled plastic in 2020 — using REPREVE® recycled polyester fibre sourced from used plastic bottles — Teva has kept more than 24 million plastic bottles out of landfill, and has been recognised on the Textile Exchange Leader Board for their use of recycled polyester

• Teva started the way all good outdoor inventions do: with someone getting properly fed up. Back in the early ’80s, Grand Canyon river guide Mark Thatcher watched people “make do” with soggy trainers that turned into bricks, or flip-flops that vanished the second the water got lively.
